Harbor Yard City Transit Garage in Bridgeport, CT
After touring a handful of potential locations for a larger COVID-19 testing site, the logistics team concluded that the parking garage located at the Harbor Yard would be the most beneficial. Since the testing site itself is located on the fourth floor, it allows the traffic to be in the garage rather than on a public road. Within two weeks, we had this roughly 10,000sq ft testing site up and running. This mega testing site needed a temporary service, wiring for two break rooms, two donning/duffing rooms and a specimen room, wiring for garage doors and heat, and additional lighting in the testing area and rooms.
